Specialized Technical Contracting (STC) is a multi-disciplinary contracting firm that delivers a full range of possibilities in exterior and interior wall finishes, painting systems and ceilings and partitions solutions for traditional and modern architectural concepts.  

Our project scope is testament to our ability and capability; from private residences, corporate, retail, hospitality and mixed –use projects to full city masterplans across the Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates.  STC has the competence and resources to realise high-end specifications in the built environment.

Since our conception in 1990 STC has seen continual growth as a specialist in its field of contract finishes. Today, we have dedicated offices in both the Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates; where our high level of service excellence and skilled competent team are equipped with the expertise, equipment and technologies to execute any size contract.

Our Foundations

Specialized Technical Contracting (STC) is built on strong foundations forged from over 30 years experience within the marketplace and that of our sister company, Delta Co. Ltd; an established trading organisation, primarily focused on the supply of such building materials as ceilings, partitions, sanitary ware, hardware, ceramics and lighting.

Our core strength is the same today as it was three decades past, to deliver professionalism, quality and commitment. We are proud to employ the highest standards of site supervision and skilled technicians with safety paramount to our goal of a harmonious site environment.  This sentiment is reflected through our strong reputation as an accomplished contracting firm, dedicated to the laws of the local markets.

STC continues to actualise some of the largest and most prestigious projects within the United Arab Emirates, cementing its position as a prominent wall finishes contractor. 

Our Dubai Team, founded in 1999, predominantly facilitates the supply, installation and application of stunning finishes within the following fields:

• Spray plaster for interior walls and ceilings
• Pigmented plasters and wall finishes
• Ceiling and partition solutions
• Painting systems, ceilings and partitions solutions

Our dynamic professional staff provide dedicated resources, manpower and supervision to meet the greatest demands of large scale projects; subsequently our diligence to the management and control of a project, including sufficient labour resources, enables STC to deliver high quality and competent finishes in accordance with agreed programmes.

STC’s Capabilities:

Manpower		20 spray plaster teams 10 ceilings and partition teams
Machines		25 Tumac Spray machines and mixers
Daily output		2000- 2500 sqm of finished walls per day (plaster)
Supervision		5 site foreman, 10 charge hands
Management		Dedicated Projects Manager to ensure dynamic co-ordination and management of site.
Office support		Full HQ office support to satellite site offices.  Ensuring payment requirements, site purchases and co-ordination of, required, on time deliveries to complete the project.
