Ziad Fattouh | General Manager

Ziad Fattouh, General Manager, is simultaneously responsible for the STC operations in Oman and the United Arab Emirates. His vision combined with tremendous management experience and academia credentials, including a BSc. in Civil Engineering and a BA in Business Management from Boston University has been instrumental in accomplishing the strong reputation on which STC stands today.

Under Ziad Fattouh’s  guidance STC continues to strive and recruit the finest skilled foremen and technicians enabling the organisation to build a dedicated team of professionals.  His commitment to excellence, past and present, has proven valuable to the company in the realisation of concurrent large scale projects that meet the expectations of clients and agreed programmes.

Ziad is dedicated to our philosophy; delivering high-end exterior and interior wall finishes, painting systems and ceilings and partitions solutions for traditional and modern architectural concepts within the marketplace.

Hisham Fattouh l Managing Director

Hisham Fattouh, Managing Director, continues to be an inspirational figure in the growth and success of STC; after managing the operations in two countries and three cities, with a force of over 300 skilled technicians and almost 100 administrative employees, to its position as a major player in the wall finishes contracting industry.

His professional knowledge and civil engineering background has been instrumental in the project management and completion of numerous government, commercial and private projects within the region.

Today, as a respected and influential Director his continues to lend his insight and business acumen, gained from three decades of contracting experience, to guide the strategic objectives and continued success of STC.
